Car Dealership Construction Mississauga

Downtown Toyota
677 Queen Street East, Toronto

This project for Downtown Toyota consisted of a major interior renovation and a major addition to an existing building at 677 Queen Street East, Toronto. The work completed included: provide new ACM panels and windows for exterior finishing; alterations to existing storm sewer system to suit new addition; demolition of the existing offices, washrooms and showroom; service garage reception area addition and renovation of offices, mezzanine and showroom, including plumbing, electrical, HVAC, sprinklers, ceiling, flooring, partitions, doors, windows, stairway to upper mezzanine level and millwork; provide new concrete sidewalks and curb; and the installation of new overhead doors in the repair bays. As with all projects in built-up areas, this project required precision and careful management of resources in order not to interfere with ongoing business and nearby residents.

Infiniti Downtown
549 King Street East, Toronto

For this dealership, space was extremely limited, as the dealership was actually constructed in the ground floor space of a condominium building. Beginning with a base building space, DeMan completed all of the interior finishing, including partitions, ceilings, mechanical and electrical work, floor finishes and interior glass partition. In addition, DeMan also completely retrofitted a nearby garage to that now serves as Infiniti's service garage. Renovations there included a complete interior renovation, new electrical and mechanical work and new siding exterior work.

Avenue Nissan
2661 Avenue Road, Toronto

This project involved the major renovation of the existing office and showroom area, relocation of the service bays as well as some other alterations to the exterior of the Avenue Nissan building in Toronto. All partitions and finishes were demolished by DeMan in the office and showroom areas. DeMan then erected new partitions to suit the new configuration of the area, complete with T-bar and drywall ceilings, new flooring, new wood office doors and new furniture. The electrical and mechanical work in these areas was also reconfigured to suit. The washrooms were completely renovated with new fixtures, partitions, vanities and accessories. On the exterior of the front of the building, the existing pre-cast wall panels were removed and new ACM panels were installed. A new sign pylon was constructed.

Scion Downtown
528 Front Street West, Toronto

When the owners took possession of the space that would become Scion Downtown, the space had previously been an electrical supply store. DeMan began the project by completing an complete interior demolition, removing all existing finishes, partitions, electrical and mechanical work, with the exception of the beautiful existing wood beams and columns. Building repairs were also Completed including patching, brick work restoration for the showroom feature wall and a grade beam installed under the existing floor slab to allow the slab to better support vehicle traffic.

From base building, DeMan erected all new partitions and ceilings and ran all new mechanical and electrical, including a new kitchen, washroom and all new lighting. We then installed new VCT throughout complete mosaic ceramic wall tiles in the washroom. Final finishing was complete with new painting work, including the building exterior, as well as a custom specialty barn door installation to allow egress for the on-display vehicles.

Cooksville Hyundai
300 Dundas Street East, Mississauga

At Cooksville Hyundai, DeMan Construction was awarded the contract to design and execute the re-branding of the building to Hyundai standards. The work included re-skinning the building in new ACM panel and the construction of two large sign pylons.
