This area is responsible for the operation and maintenance of the high and low voltage electrical distribution systems on our client sites. We carry out lighting and electrical maintenance within offices and all common areas and the maintenance of all street and pathway lighting. Electrical Services also maintains the fire detection and suppression systems including monthly fire alarm testing.
DeMan Construction understand that many commercial, corporate and retail establishments require maintenance services from time to time, but do not have the resources for a full-time staff. To address this increasing demand, the DeMan Construction Facilities Maintenance Services team has competent in-house techs that are fully-equipped with service vehicles, plus an extensive pool of resources and subcontractors.
