This DeMan Construction project involved not only the entire building design & construction, but also the construction of the underground parking garage facility directly under the building. The new building is 13,500 gsf with an additional 15,200 gsf of parking garage and storage area.

DeMan completed all the required structural and exterior work, including concrete footings, foundations, support columns, asphalt (in parking garage and outdoor parking lot area), concrete slabs, structural steel, installation of two elevators, roof work, exterior masonry and stucco, required site services and exterior storm sewers and catch basins.

The work completed included interior partition construction, floor finishing, millwork, doors complete with frames and hardware, light fixtures, receptacles, electrical wiring, HVAC units and ducting, and all plumbing work (plumbing fixtures, supply lines, venting, drains, etc.).
