2525 Prince Michael Drive, Oakville and 5955 Latimer Drive, Mississauga
At locations in both Oakville and Mississauga, DeMan was contracted to complete leasehold improvements at two existing retail spaces simultaneously for two new Lick's restaurants. At both locations, DeMan was responsible for the flooring cutting and repair, new partitions, new flooring throughout, new t-bar ceilings, new wall finishes, new doors complete with frames and hardware, new plumbing (fixtures and piping); new wall finishes and new electrical work. In addition, at the Mississauga location, gas piping and HVAC were completed as well. The finished products have an eating area for customers, customer washrooms, a kitchen, a store room, a walk-in freezer and walk-in cooler, a staff washroom and a small office area.

DeMan was contracted to complete leasehold improvements in an existing vacant retail space for a new Z-teca Gourmet Burritos location. DeMan was responsible for the flooring cutting and repair, new partitions, new floor, wall and ceiling finishes, new doors complete with frames and hardware, as well as new plumbing and electrical work. In addition, DeMan was responsible for the custom serving counter and seating area millwork as well as the custom light fixture above the main counter.
Sushi Q Restaurant
Square One Shopping Centre,
100 City Centre Drive, Mississauga
Sushi Q Restaurant at the Square One Shopping Centre wanted to update their tenant space and DeMan was selected for the renovation. The work took place over the period of one week, with work overlapping as much as possible to minimize the time required for construction and ensure that the customer did not have to be closed for any longer than absolutely necessary, similarly to the Lords + Ladies renovation, which had just recently taken place. The work completed included a new wood façade on the unit's front millwork; new Corian countertops; a new moveable workstation; new wall tiles and t-bar ceiling; new lighting; modifications to the front display case; as well as modifications to the existing HVAC and plumbing work to allow for new equipment.
